What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is the powerful state of heightened focus and attention attained whilst the mind and body, deeply relaxed in trance, is more open to reprogramming through transformative visualisation and suggestion.
You will notice desired benefits and effects, whether or not you are consciously aware of the details of powerful reprogramming taking place in your subconscious mind. Trance is a natural state, like day – dreaming. At any time, you are able to return to full consciousness.

How do we begin?
Starting with a free, 20 minute conversation, without obligation, to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have.
Then we’ll book our first 1 hour Initial Assessment Session, during which you’ll experience a light trance guided relaxation. We’ll share understanding of what’s happening for you, what you want to achieve, what your desired outcome is and how many sessions you may need.
